This is a high quality 10“ square Giclée art print of an original painting.

The first in a series on retro video games - created for a local exhibition set in a video arcade/bar in Newcastle called Four Quarters.

This original acrylic painting depicts my earliest memories of seeing Street Fighter 2 on an arcade machine, in the cafe area of my old childhood leisure centre. I used to do swimming lessons there and can remember walking past this every time and being fascinated! My seven year old self had never seen anything like it before, and to this day I think the game still stands out as a classic! I particularly like the vintage joysticks and buttons on this painting, and how the sunlight streams across them.

Printed on 100% Cotton Rag Etching 315gsm (textured) paper with a matte finish. The print comes packaged with a mount.
